The Process
-
The first step is to fill out the inquiry form. This helps me understand your stationery needs and design direction! Here you will share your vision, ideas, and design boards!
-
Once I receive your inquiry, I’ll send over a custom proposal within two business days. Your proposal will include a mood board, a detailed breakdown of each stationery piece, and your quote. We can then make any adjustments needed to better fit your vision and budget. Once everything is finalized and the retainer is paid, your project will be officially booked and added to my design calendar!
-
This is where the fun part starts! I begin painting, designing and crafting each item. Digital proofs and mockups are provided to illustrate how each item will look once printed. To ensure everything is perfect, unlimited revisions are included in design. My goal is to create something uniquely you, something we are both absolutely in love with, and to elevate your wedding day!
-
Once you approve of the final proof, we are ready to print! Printing takes anywhere from 2-4 weeks depending on finishing. Things like custom die cut shapes, foil press and letterpress printing may take longer. Typically I see things come in early rather then later, but I give this cushion to ensure everything is right on (or ahead of) schedule!
-
All Items will be shipped to you ready for assembly! All Items will come individually wrapped and sealed to ensure they arrive safe and sound.
Wedding Suite Assembly: Suite Assembly is an optional service you may add on to your package at any point. This means I will take care of all assembly prior to shipping your invitations to your guests. All ribbons tied, envelope liners attached and stamps sealed! Keep sake invitations and any extras will be shipped to you assembled and ready for for detail photos!
-
Day of stationery items such as menus, name cards, bar signs and programs are designed separately soon after your invitations arrive. These items are finalized and shipped once you receive your final guest count! After this, I will simply sit around and wait for the day I see your wedding post pop up! The bridal season is so special and I would be honored to be a small part of yours. Know that I will be cheering you on down the aisle and as you enter this next phase of life!
